orange trees calm atmosphere special morning
The staff was really warm, especially the breakfast team. Norman made every morning special. the courtyard is pretty, filled with orange trees. it had a calm atmosphere, i relaxed after sightseeing.
the mattress was very uncomfortable.

the hotel was quiet and the breakfast outside on the patio was okay.
the overnight desk attendant were really rude, specially when i needed to change transport after a flight delay of three hours and acted as if it was my fault.

taxi services breakfast variety quiet courtyard
the staff were helpful. they arranged taxi services swiftly. the hotel's breakfast had a good variety.. including fresh pastries. the courtyard was very quiet, even though the location is central.
the overnight desk attendant acted rudely when i requested to reschedule my transport after my flight faced a delay. he. the mattress was also quite uncomfortable.
